Warranty & Maintenance
All BERT products include a one-year limited hardware and software warranty.
To help end users obtain the maximum return on investment from their BERT products, a three-year software maintenance contract for years two through four is required at the time of initial purchase.
The hardware and software warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
Please retain dated bill of sale or packing slip as evidence of the Date of Purchase for proof of warranty, and submit a copy of the bill of sale or packing slip along with any returned units. Please call 484-690-3820 for details and instructions where to send returned units for replacement.
BERT products will be repaired or replaced at BERT’s option, if products prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during warranty period. This warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in the United States or Canada.
Software Maintenance agreements include software updates and telephone or email Technical Support during normal business hours.
Hardware Maintenance agreements feature mail-in repair with a 10 business-day turnaround target from the date the product is received by BERT.
